A special pharmacy team from St. Joseph Medical Center will be on hand to tell us about the different classes of heart drugs, what they are used for and why you are taking them.  They will also be available to review your medications with you.  To participate, bring a list of your medications, dosage and the frequency you take them.  You should include over the counter drugs to check for interactions with your regular prescriptions.  It’s a great opportunity to get “medication smart”.
